Performance Welcome to the Performance section of the London and South East Netball Website. This section will give you useful information regarding the England Netball Performance Pathway, England Selections, details of the Academies and National Performance League teams. Please note that the Performance pathway has recently undergone a restructure There is some confusion concerning the future of the Performance Pathway and here we will aim to clarify the new structure. Please note there is a transition period until the new pathway begins in 2019/2020 Performance Pathway The England Performance Pathway is a vital part of improving the standard of competitive netball played in England by producing high quality athletes to progress into the England High Performance Programme. Academies County Netball Academies are for U13 and U15 netball players who have been identified as having the potential to play netball at a higher level in the future. NPL The Superleague franchises also participate in the Netball Performance League. It is an opportunity for young players in London and the South East to enter into U19 and U17 national competition. Super League The London and South East Region has close links with Surrey Storm, London Pulse and Saracens Mavericks Superleague franchises.
