Netball Development Officers (NDOs) work closely with the netballers and partners in the County to develop and deliver a local plan for netball. They focus on: developing netball for children and young people; helping clubs gain CAPS accreditation; organising back to netball groups and festivals; and promoting and organising suitable development opportunities for coaches, officials and volunteers. They also contribute to the planning and organisation of regional events
