The 2024 School Games Netball Finals took place at the Sir David Wallace Sports Centre, in Loughborough, between Friday 30th August and Sunday 1st September.
Surrey Storm pathway players and coaches knew this would be their last time competing as a collective, so they aimed to go out with a bang!
Can you believe it… they won ALL of their matches throughout the weekend! What an achievement!
They played in Group B against the tough opposition of London Pulse, Severn Stars, Loughborough Lightning, Central Warriors, and Wales.
On Friday 30th August, they beat London Pulse 28-16, Central Warriors 27-12, and Severn Stars 40-16.
On Saturday 31st August, they beat Wales 34-13, Loughborough Lightning 25-22, and Mavericks 32-12.
On Sunday 1st September, they played their final match against Manchester Thunder (who won Group A), in a thrilling match, and they took home the win 23-19!
What a way to end an era. Congratulations Surrey Storm pathway!
