CD Phoenix have officially claimed third place at the England Netball U16 National Clubs Finals!
The highly competitive tournament was held at the David Ross Sports Village in Nottingham, which brought together the top 18 under 16 club teams from across the country. CD Phoenix were one of the representatives for the London and South East Region. They battled through an intense field of regional league winners and runners up to take home the bronze medal.
After progressing brilliantly through the opening pool stages, CD Phoenix earned a spot in the critical final classification matches.
In a thrilling bronze medal match against Sutton Town, CD Phoenix delivered a phenomenal performance and fought for the victory. The squad held their nerve under immense pressure to finish just behind tournament champions Kingsway Power and runners up Leeds Athletic.
Led incredibly well by their coaches and support staff, the entire squad demonstrated exceptional skill, tactical maturity, and resilience across the weekend.
The London and South East Region extend a massive congratulations to all the players, staff, and traveling supporters of CD Phoenix for this historic achievement on the national stage!
